This process of manufacture uses high quality Limestone, Sands, Cement and Pigments, which are mixed to the Semi Dry consistency and mechanically rammed into prefabricated rigid mould work, then instantly de-moulded. This process of manufacture enables large quantities to be produced from individual moulds in a working day. Semi Dry Cast Stone is a product similar in appearance to naturally occuring sandstones. The Semi Dry process is best suited to house builders and fast track projects.
