DESIGN FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

This collection is based on sienito CVL Monchique, natural stone originated from the geological massif of Monchique Mountain
- Algarve - Portugal.
The use of this natural resource (lithosphere) promotes a new orientation towards the use of low embodied energy products.

INTEGRATED SYSTEM

Urb concept offers architects and planners a gobal urban design and architecture solutions, using natural stone, which includes benches, waste receptacles, drinking fountains, bicycle racks, tree surrounds, flower pots, boundaries/barries, outdoor tables and cycling benches.
This equipment is able to interact with pavements, kerbs, steps, gutters and other accessories in sienito CVL Monchique due to its common, modular and integrated language.

DIMENSION AND SCALE

With Urb Concept it is possible to transversely connect the street floor to the facade of the building.
This feature allows for large scale project application, where harmony in the relationship between different materials and the language of the different components assume a fundamental role.
